Muchas personas se enfrentan a un silencioso mundo nocturno en el que lograr dormir representa toda una odisea.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las causas m\u00e1s frecuentes del insomnio son las alteraciones emocionales que se acompa\u00f1an de intensa ansiedad, preocupaci\u00f3n, tensi\u00f3n ps\u00edquica, angustia, miedo o tristeza, y que pueden afectar seriamente la salud y las defensas de quienes lo padecen, e incluso hacerlos m\u00e1s vulnerables ante el contagio del Covid 19.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00abAl no dormir bien, las hormonas del estr\u00e9s, como la adrenalina y el cortisol, aumentan en la sangre, lo cual eleva la presi\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea; mientras el sistema inmune empieza a fallar\u00bb asegura Atun Malhotra, director de Medicina del sue\u00f1o de la Universidad de California, Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dormir bien es una necesidad vital. El sue\u00f1o produce un \u00abreinicio\u00bb de los sistemas de nuestro cuerpo.
